White Sublimated Mugs
White ceramic mugs are customized using sublimation. This process permanently infuses the design into the mug’s specially coated surface, creating a smooth finish without vinyl, stickers, or raised edges.
Sublimation produces bright, vibrant, full-color results and is used for all personalized photo mugs. Because this process requires a specially coated surface, photo mugs are available in white only.

How to Order
- Select your desired quantity and complete your purchase.
- Email your photographs, logo, artwork, or design request to [email protected].
- Include the name used to place the order and your Shopify order number.
- Provide all names, dates, wording, colors, and special design instructions.
- Attach every photograph or artwork file needed for the design.
- Review and approve the digital proof that will be provided before production.
Production cannot begin until all personalization details have been received and the digital proof has been approved.
Photo and Artwork Requirements
For the best printing results, please submit clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Transparent-background PNG files are preferred for business logos and custom artwork.
Please avoid blurry photographs, screenshots, heavily cropped images, or files downloaded from social media. We may request a replacement file if the submitted image is not suitable for printing.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to reproduce all submitted photographs, logos, trademarks, and artwork.
Care Instructions
- Hand washing is recommended.
- Do not soak.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads.
- Do not scrub directly over the design.
- Allow the mug to dry completely before storing.

- Every personalized mug is created specifically for the customer.
- A digital proof must be approved before production begins.
- Production time begins after proof approval.
- Design size and placement may be adjusted to fit the mug properly.
- Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs and screen displays.
- Sublimated designs have a smooth finish infused into the coated surface.
- UV DTF designs are applied to the exterior and may have a slightly raised texture.
- Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Fisher Home Inspirations LLC.
