Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed to confirm and begin production.
Custom Products
Most items are custom-made or produced to order. Please review all details carefully, including sizes, colors, wording, and delivery or shipping options before submitting your order.
Delivery & Shipping
Unless shipping is requested at checkout, orders will be delivered during scheduled drill weekends. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and carrier.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items. If there is an error or damage caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
Production Time
Production times may vary based on order volume and item type. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
