Production Time
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be designed, produced, and quality checked before it ships or is delivered.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once your order has been completed, please allow an additional 2–15 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders once your package has been processed.
Military Unit Orders
- Orders placed for military units or organizations are typically delivered in person during scheduled drill weekends at no additional delivery charge.
- If you need your order before the next drill weekend or prefer to have it shipped directly to you, please select a shipping option at checkout or contact us to arrange shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each item is made specifically for you, production times may vary slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or for large bulk orders. We will notify you if your order requires additional processing time.
