All sales are final. Because our items are custom-made and produced specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and make it right. Approved issues may be replaced at our discretion.
