- Review and approve the digital proof before printing begins.
Production cannot begin until all information has been received and the digital proof has been approved.

Please type all information exactly as it should appear on the finished card. Customers are responsible for checking names, titles, spelling, punctuation, phone numbers, email addresses and website information during proof approval.
Logo, Artwork and QR-Code Requirements
For the best printing results, submit clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Transparent-background PNG files are preferred for logos and artwork.
Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavily compressed graphics or files downloaded from social media.
QR codes should be submitted as clear, high-resolution black-and-white images with adequate white space around the code. Customers must test the QR code shown on the final digital proof before approving the design for printing.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to reproduce all submitted logos, photographs, graphics and other artwork.
Proof Approval
A digital proof will be emailed before production begins. Please review the entire design carefully, including:
- Spelling and punctuation
- Contact information
- Logo placement
- QR-code placement
- Colors
- Design layout
- Front-and-back orientation
Approval confirms that the design is ready for printing. Fisher Home Inspirations LLC is not responsible for errors that were included in an approved proof.
Important Custom-Order Information
- Every business-card order is customized for the customer.
- Production time begins after final proof approval.
- Design placement and sizing may be adjusted for readability and proper printing.
- Printed colors may vary slightly from the digital proof and screen display.
- Custom business cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Fisher Home Inspirations LLC.
- Additional design revisions or major changes requested after proof approval may require an additional fee.
