Personalization Instructions
When placing your order:
- Select your preferred ornament style.
- In the personalization box, provide the exact names, dates, wording, and message you want included.
- Include your preferred colors, theme, or design style.
- Email photographs or logos to [email protected] after ordering. Include your name and order number in the subject line.
- Submit clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Original, unfiltered photographs generally produce the best results.
- If using multiple photographs, identify the primary image you would like featured.
- Carefully review all names, dates, and wording before submitting. Personalization will be printed exactly as provided.
Your photograph may be cropped or repositioned to fit the selected ornament. You will be contacted if additional information or a higher-quality image is needed. Production cannot begin until all required personalization details and images have been received.
Important Custom-Order Information
Because personalized products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or Fisher Home Inspirations made an error. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the finished ornament material.
Care Instructions
Handle ceramic ornaments carefully. Gently clean your ornament with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, place in the dishwasher, or use abrasive cleaning products. Store it in protective wrapping when not in use.
