Production cannot begin until all required personalization information and design files have been received.
Photo and Artwork Requirements
For the best printing quality, submit clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Photos should be well-lit, in focus and large enough to print clearly on the selected pillow-cover size.
Low-resolution, blurry, heavily cropped or screenshot images may not produce the best results. Additional information may be requested if the submitted file is unsuitable for printing.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to reproduce all submitted photographs, logos and artwork.
